Meditations I think of meditation like running: not everyone runs the same distance, and not everyone wants to. The idea that you have to sit, silently, not thinking about anything for a half hour keeps people from even trying meditation. I think meditation can be the thing that helps most of us the most. Stress, hormone levels, addiction, and debt can all be impacted by a little meditation.
